Accessibility statement
Last updated: 21 October 2026
We want everyone who runs a fleet, works in a workshop or drives for a living to be able to use MissionDuty. This statement covers this website and the MissionDuty app, on the web and on phones and tablets.
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we check
- We check the website’s public pages with automated accessibility tests (axe) against WCAG 2.2 AA, in both the light and dark themes. At the last check, on 21 October 2026, every page passed.
- Menus open and close with a keyboard, and work without JavaScript.
- Pages fit a phone screen without scrolling sideways.
What we know needs work
- We haven’t yet had an independent accessibility audit. We plan to, and will update this statement with what it finds.
- Product screenshots on the website are pictures of the app. Each has a text description, but the small text inside them can’t be enlarged or read aloud like the rest of the page.
- We’re still checking the signed-in app against WCAG 2.2 AA, screen by screen. If something doesn’t work for you, please tell us.
Tell us about a problem
If you find something hard to use, or need information in a different format, email [email protected]. Our team reads support requests Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time, except bank holidays. Tell us the page and what happened, and we’ll reply to say what we’ll do about it.
About this statement
We prepared this statement on 21 October 2026 and review it whenever the website or app changes significantly.
